You don't get it.Having every aspect of your chakra perfected means she can easily use it.Focusing chakra to her feet increases speed,in hands increase strength,while the Gate temporarily boost power while damaging the users body.

Sakura doesn't need to go to such extreme methods to increase her power,all she has to do is focus it which is second nature too her,and too unload even more of her massive amounts of chakra she can release her seal.

Either way,it outlast the Gates,with no side effects that tear her body apart.Infact her chakra increase her bodies power as i've already explained.

Her boost in speed won't match the gates speed. Rock Lee is a much more versatile Taijutsue fighter than Sakura. How can she beat what she can't hit? Power is not everything when it can't be used to stop speed and effectiveness of a fighter. I am sorry but I don't find Sakura beating Lee in hand to hand combat.

With her massive amounts of chakra,surely she can take that,focus it in her feet and increase her speed dramatically.

There's no denying that,she's shown to do this in part 1.
