[Discussion] Prediction: Future Arcs leading to Kaido

My predictions on future One Piece arcs

After Dressrosa:
After Luffy defeats Doflamingo and the factory to Kaido's SMILE Devil Fruits are destroyed information leaks to Kaido's crewmate which tells Kaido (then we get a glimpse of him). Luffy and the gang spent atleast a day once Sanji said they lost Big Mam's ship. One Kaido's crew mates meets Luffy and the others and tells them Kaido is furious at them and declares death on them. Which Luffy declares he will kick Kaido's ass. A day later Luffy heads out to Zo to meet up with the others.
Either Bartolomeo, Ucy, Viola, Canvendish, or Bellamy joins the StrawHats.

Zo arc:
StrawHats are reunited with Sanji, Nami, Chopper, & Brook and surprised by the new StrawHat member. While on Zomthe Sun Pirates are there and are informed about the Alliance. But s*** goes down when Big Mam in person on the ship arrives on Zo. Also Jinbei shows up which he has to make a choice between the StrawHats or Big Mam. Later during Luffy's fight Nami shows Big Mam the card from Thriller Bark. Big Mam which forgives and allies the StrawHats to take on Kaido. And Jinbei joins the StrawHats

Luffy vs Big Mam (Tie after learning the truth about her daughter from Thriller Bark)
Zoro vs Peekoms
Sanji vs Tanmigo
Nami & Robin vs Four eyed girl
Usopp, Chopper, or new Nakama vs Bobbin
Brook & Franky vs some easy K.O.


Before Wano County:
Kidd targets Big Mam and causes more damage to her ships, and Luffy tells leave Kidd to them to defeat them. The Sun Pirates left after the clash with Big Mam.

Matchups:
Luffy vs Captain Kidd
Zoro vs Hawkins
Sanji vs Apoo
Chopper, Nami, Robin, New Nakama from DressRosa, Franky, & Brook vs some easy K.O. pirates from Kidd, Apoo, and Hawkins crew


Wano County:
Luffy vs Third Admiral (Green Bull) (Luffy wins high diff)
Zoro vs one of the samurai from Wano
Sanji vs one of the samurai from Wano


Kaido arc:
StrawHats-Sun-Big Mam Allaince heads to Kaido's favorite island to face the dangerous and powerful Kaido

Matchups:
Luffy vs Kaido (after Law dies from Kaido and Big Mam highly injured) Luffy wins in a tough one that most kills him

Zoro, and etc. vs. Kaido's crew (Zoan types like Tiger, Owl, Elephant, and etc.)

In the end Kaido gets captured by the WG
(I'm calling it ex member of Kaido's crew joins the StrawHats)

I dont think the OP met they tied in strength, but mid fight BM was winning and then she found out that Luffy saved Lola

I still don't know why the SH's need to go to Wano, they have no business there as of now.

Of course it would be a nice trip for Zoro, but there are a lot of other things more important right now.

* Zou is basically next with Law's crew waiting and Curly pirates heading there, and BM ship on there tail.

* We got a glimpse of Whole Cake island and Luffy pissed off Big Mom, also the tea party will be held soon and the bomb will go off.

* Luffy promised to take down Kaido, who is on that metallic island with Drake and Caribou.

* Luffy was still seen destroying Fishman island

* Reverie will be soon

So those are 5 different directions the SH's can go next, where they actually have a good reason for to go there.

I can't think of a reason why Luffy and Co. need to babysit the three samurai and get them home.

Why would the SHs care about the Reverie, and that would probably happen after the Kaido Saga.

Why would Luffy destroy FI untill the end of series. The end of the series means THE END. In the end Luffy is at Raftel which is on the other side of the world of Fishman island,

L0la thing is just a theory, even if L0la is her daughter, BM got her whole crew introduced, they ship is in pursuit of Sunny, a bomb is underway, and a time is set with the tea party, and Kidd has been destroying her ships. If you don't smell Big Mom arc here, then something is wrong with your nose (or brain)

Why would Reverie be after Kaidou ? How do you know when the Kaidou saga is ? How do you know when the reverie is ? Why will Kaidou be after Wano ? Ergo don't state it like that you know the timeline.

Answer me this instead of just ignoring what I just said. What business do the SH's have on Wano over all the other places that are relevant right now ? Zou, Whole Cake, Kaidou Island etc ?

Kaidou is certainly connected to Wanokuni. He's likely to play the role of the real-life Commodore Mathew Perry by forcing Wanokuni to open its gates to the outside world and taking over it. Kin'emon and Momo are completely afraid of him.

Reverie should happen in about a week (in OP-verse) as the participants are in the middle of the arrangements for the travel. It should take about a week to sail from Arabasta to Marineford without stopping on any islands on the way.

Oh man you got it so wrong, it's painful to read.

As soon as they found out about Skypiea, it became a goal to get there. That was where the Jaya arc was for. The Log Pose was pointing up. That doesn't have anything to do with me liking an arc or not. I would love to see them go to wano, I don't care what the name of the island is, i'm sure it'll be great.

The point is that there are 4-5 loose ends where the SH's could or should go to, and Wano is currently not one of them. Not relevant to the story yet. Unless Oda comes up with a reason to go there.
