where was it stated that he is immune to paralysis? And even if he is, the rasenshuriken will still sever his chakra points which means he wont be able to activate his ritual.

Things do not need tobe "said". We dont need kishi to spoonfeed us. Hidan stabbed his own leg & asuma fell. Hidan didn't. Hidan's ribs and organs got crushed and he did a back flip. Hidan was beheaded and he was able to talk. Chakra pointsdont matter. Hidan's head was severed from his body. His chakra system got disconnected from his head yet he was still alive.

Your confusing the fact that he is immortal (which is why he survived all of those physical attacks), with him being a tank and that he is unaffected by all damage.
1st Bold: This happened after hidan completed his ritual. Im suggesting that naruto will neutralize him before he starts the ritual.
2nd Bold: The fact that you stated hidan got his ribs and organs crushed is proof that he can take damage, the fact that he could do a backflip afterwards just means he has a high tolerance for pain. Much like Might Guy when he used evening elephant even though his muscles were tearing themselves apart.
