Ototon: Sectumsempra ) - Sound Release: Sectumsempra

Description: A powerful Sound jutsu, the user points his arm or a weapon forward while speaking the word "Sectumsempra". Upon speaking the words, the user triggers the gathered Ototon chakra to be released, following the user's arm movements. Upon contact, the waves create deep and profuse gashes across the foe's body, seeming like an invisible sword strike has afflicted the foe's body. Due to the depths of the cut, the victims run the risk of dying from blood loss if treatment is not applied in time, if the wounds are not instantly fatal. The user is also able to use this as a means to sever obstacles in his way as well as sever certain parts of the opponent's body.

-Can only be taught by Detective L
-Can only be used 3 times at max.
-After using, the user cannot use S rank and above Sound jutsu the next turn
Okay, so basically you hold your administration, or weapon huehueheh, out know front of you while waving in a certain pattern, one that you designate. While waving, you speak the trigger word "Sectumsempra" Which releases powerful Sound waves in the pattern of your arm's movement. As the waves impact the foe, their body is carved up and they bleed profusely. It's ideal for short to mid range foes as well as incoming projectiles

This is a destructive sound wave which is initiated by the user saying "sectumsempra". You point your arm or weapon out, and it releases powerful sound waves which travel to the opponent's body, and inflict deep cuts. In addition to using this on people, you can use this on physical objects blocking your path.
