CJ allowed, though I probably won't use it.
Terrain: Midday, we're in an open meadow that over looks the ocean - a large forest is to my South - I'm in the north, looking towards the forest from the edge of the cliff (which is where the meadow ends and overlooks the ocean).
No bio killing.
No bio/kumi stealing.
Won't result in hospitalization.
I'll be using my Keotsu bio, and I'll make the first move. I'm rusty and need practice, and I'd like to try a few things out anyway.
This is just a spar.
Post your bio, and I'll make my move - forgive me for being slow.
*Turning around and noticing you, I pull out a kunai with my left hand as I rush towards you, swiping upwards with the kunai once within range as I drop down, and begin rotating, swinging my leg around in a low sweep.
However, as I begin my rotation, I quickly bring my hands together and use:
(Raigen Raikochu) – Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar

Creating a blinding flash from my body, which from this range would be hard to stop from blinding you, even with your eyes closed, due to your proximity to it's source.
As far as the illusion that's supposed to come with it, if you're okay with that part since it's technically not in the jutsu, I'm simply making it appear as if I created a clone.
However, as your blinded, I hop up from my sweep and step forward, cutting across your upper chest, just below your neck, from my left to right, since the kunai's blade would be pointing downward if held perpendicularly to the ground - with that cut, I bring my left arm back across in a right to left slash, stabbing the blade into the upper portion of your right arm - during this time, I was focusing chakra into my hand and form:

As I'm flying backwards through the air, I bend myself backwards, and push off the ground, allowing me to slow myself to a stop as I do a type of somersault several times.
However, as I see you lid coming down on me, I simply use:

Gathering Raiton energy into my hand and launching a ball of lightning into the lid, as it falls around me, blasting a small hole in it's side, large enough for me to jump out of.
Having been caught in your Genjutsu, I know now that you're running a Sharingan, and I know it won't do me much good, but I use the dust cloud caused by the the lid hitting the ground and from the part of the lid I blasted away as cover as I rush towards you, jumping out of the hole I made in the lid, (in the direction you where in previously, actually) and use:
(Katon: Bakuhatsu Enhogan) – Fire Style: Exploding Flame Shots

Causing spikes to come up, forming a semi-circle around you as I land (note they're not actually attacking you, just creating something to keep you from retreating), kunai still in my hand, and charge at you, this time focusing at your sternum, tilting my head to try and avoid your eyes.
Knowing that my spikes won't do much now due to your Iron skin, as I come in, I focus Raiton chakra into my kunai, in an attempt to pierce your armor as I close in - I step forward with my left foot, sliding a bit, and thrust the kunai forward, towards your sternum, before somewhat leaping, using my momentum, and carrying my right leg upwards, in a right to left kick, attempting to catch you on the neck - however, it's purpose is leverage and not attack, and if it does this, I spin around your body, using the point of impact as a pivot point, to get behind you, in which case I again try and stab you - this time in the left shoulder blade with the lightning infused kunai.
If you dodge, though, I simply use the momentum of my kick and jump to rotate in air, and leap of a spike as I go by it, and launch myself at you.*

The user starts by creating a typhoon of water. He then injects the water with high concentrations of electricity causing a current to pass through the water, causing electrolysis. Electrolysis of water is the decomposition of water (H2O) into oxygen (O2) and hydrogen gas (H2) due to an electric current being passed through the water. Electrolysis of water occurs and pure oxygen and hydrogen form in high concentrations. The hydrogen-oxygen mixture must be ignited by either a separate fire attack or explosive tag. Pure hydrogen-oxygen flames emit ultraviolet light and are nearly invisible to the naked eye [2]. Hydrogen-oxygen flames burn at 3,645 degress fereheit [3] which is considerably higher than the highest temperature white flame which is 2,730 degrees ferenheit [3]. The result of all of this is a typhoon, charged with a high electric current, surrounded by a high intensity flame, that can be used to attack an opponet or down out an on comming attack.
as the typhoon is heading towards the fire and you I throw a kunia with an explosive tag on it and making it a 3 element attack heading your way drowning out the fire but due to the massive explosions hitting it the typhoon stops (It would disrupt the form) as the spikes start to sound like their about to erupt I while having EMS activate teleport away from the spot im in but while leaving leaves an illusion where I once stood making you waste your energy and momentum

*After being delayed by your vortex, I would finally manage to get to "you" (the illusion), in which i would attempt to attack it as stated previously - only to find my blows pass through you without doing damage. Quickly using my kunai to draw a small cut across my right pinky, I rule out Genjutsu - turning around to scout for you, I see your clone, thinking its you.
I rush at you, swiping from right to left with the Raiton-infused kunai as I lift my right leg, going into a crescent kick, aimed just above your waist.
Should the kick miss, I immediately aim my right leg downward, planting it on the ground, and coming back around with my left foot in a crescent kick, coming full circle - the two kicks would be done basically in tandem, with little time between them.
However, regardless, after the swipe with the kunai, I release my Raiton chakra, using:

Releasing the energy from me - since it requires no handseals, and I use it in tandem with my physical barrage, it would be difficult for "you" to stop - furthermore, if the Nagashi itself doesn't dismiss your Shadow Clone, it, in pair with my attacks, would.
Scanning my horizons, I have no visible view of you and decide to try and even the odds by using:
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Mist Jutsu

Description: The user creates a thick, dense mist that covers the surrounding area.
Creating a thick mist all around me, in hopes of hiding from you if you can actually see me - the chakra in the mist, as has been proven, would more than likely obscure your Sharingan's vision, though to what degree is debatable due to your EMS (I'm just gonna say it makes your vision extremely fuzzy - feel free to Vm me if it becomes a big issue).
Taking a moment to collect myself while inside the mist, I scatter caltrops in surrounding area - due to the fact they don't contain chakra, and because of the mist - they are completely invisible to you. This would cause the destruction of any clone that would step on them.
Then, within the mist, I pull out a special kunai in my right hand, as I wait.
