ok I now try to do the same thing as i did with the balloon but this time i try focussing my chakra into 1 single point

I practice fore a day trying to combine everything i learned inorder to not burst the water balloon(doesn't burst it by not channeling chakra into it)

Descripton: Small static bolts for attack and defence.
