the only person who has shown toe scape tobi's warping was minato who also had a s/t technique.

u kno its not that easy when madara has clones that can hit him the second he tries to absorb him.

also i can just say madara can just use hashi's substitution which only madara can see through and kill tobi but its not that simple. Both of them are pretty evenly matched

Given the information right now I'll admit that I am biased but I think Madara would win it. The thing is we still don't know who Tobi really is... forget all the crap he has in his arsenal right now... Just one other thought... what if Tobi is the opposite of the sage of the 6 paths? Yes the SO6P had to battle the 10 tails and split it into the biju but what if there was a human opponent to the SO6P? the other characters in the Manga have their opponents: Hashirama/Madara, Naruto/Sasuke... he can go defensive but then he can't attack meaning neither party has the advantage so tobi just doesnt win based on that.

and madara can trick tobi with hashi's substitution jutsu that only madara himself can see through to hit tobi.

hitting tobi isnt impossible this fight in general is pretty even for both sides

Chances of Tobi sucking in Madara with S/t techs like people say is almost none.

Madara fought WARS he has the most killing intent out of the characters we know to date. Tobi wouldn't catch him off guard he fought Tobirama so he has experience with fighting S/T techs. I don't see Madara standing still in a fight that he saw as a challenge. He has way too much battle experience for Tobi to catch him off guard like he does with some of the lesser characters he has.

Tobi would have to fight him and incapacitate him to suck him up. He got caught off guard and pulled out of susanoo and was like "BITCH BACK UP" with his rinnegan.

Um you dont need fancy or big techniques to defeat someone, a great example is when Minato defeated Tobi with mere Rasengan with the help of FTG. A simple Rasengan defeated a top villain, was that hard to believe as well?

The same way Tobi's mere S/T is enough to defeat Madara. Now if you take away Tobi's S/T then we actually have something to debate. U_U

Additonally:
You talk of Madara needing to exceed the 5 minutes till Tobi is solid again. I just dont see why you cant see the fact that Tobi in those 5 mins has more than enough time to warp Madara away to another dimension. I dont think you have even answered my questioned that I asked, I'lll put it in a way so you can understand.

Question: In that 5 minutes of Tobi being intangible, what can Madara do to actually harm Tobi? U_U

Let alone he is going toe to toe with all 5 kages and is basically toying with them. If you truly believe Madara Uchiha could be taken out so easily by Tobi then Tobi would have been able to complete the moons eye plan long ago. He is not above one of the most powerful shinobi to have lived. also would it be possible Itachi/Sasuke/Madara/ anyone with a powerful MS genjutsu be able to use genjutsu on him, disrupting the S/T jutsu and renderring him tangible once again? Every jutsu has a weakness and i have a hard time believing that Tobi's S/T jutsu's weakness is that it lasts 5 minutes.

I think that there is little question that Madara would eventually get sucked in. The reason Tobi's worried is that Edo Madara is immortal, and even if he does get sucked in, eventually he would figure out how to break out of the other world, and when that happens Tobi is screwed.
