Maybe when hogoromo will leave the real world and go to the other world,he will meet obito ( hogoromo said that he wanted to meet obito )and with somehow he will manage to transfer obito's power to kakashi again ,but this time will be permanent not temporary

Because it's not, and it never has been, and you've never been able to prove otherwise. Sasuke was a cheerleader against Kaguya. He needs a convenient powerup or two to stand on equal ground with Naruto.
