Because it's not, and it never has been, and you've never been able to prove otherwise. Sasuke was a cheerleader against Kaguya. He needs a convenient powerup or two to stand on equal ground with Naruto.

Mangaphax showed Sasuke using six path jutsu CT mangaphax manga said during this whole war Sasuke was getting use to his Rinnegans power. All Sasuke used vs Kaguya was chidori, ST, Amaterasu and PS all MS/EMS techniques besides chidori and ST. Also wasn't you also one of the ones saying his Rinnegan have nothing else to show?

Edit- That thread in your sig basically proves you thought that was his only power when in fact all of Sasukebase was saying Sasuke have more to show and is gonna show it soon because he is getting use to his eye.

Naruto's proficiency with Jutsu will likely be increased, and he will gain some form of colossal form to fight with PS, since he can't combat it with his normal RM in CQC, and I don't see him throwing TBBFRS every time Sasuke decides to use PS, Lol. Sasuke will still gain what he should have long ago, from Hashirama.
