Powers Scale for Naruto ..help out

Hey guys and girls of NB, could you help me power scale the ninjas in Naruto I started myself, but this would be a lot quicker this way. ( I hope ) Anyway... The scales goes like this:

Rikudō Sennin : 10,000 (strongest starts the scale)


Udon ( From Team Ebisu, weakest I could think of lol): 1

Feel free to start anywhere I'll write them down as you go, thanks.

You give no one any idea what to go by and why they get that number for powers.

Less than than, he said himself he only has a fraction of what the sage has which is probably less that 1%.

Yep that's basically the list you would of got with you number scaling so yh just read that.

The list is on paper so it would be a pain to transfer the 30+ names that I have plus I'm interested in the opinions of NB'ers but I'll add a few names and I forgot to mention that all the characters are not by hype but what we have seen from them so Madara wouldn't have Rinnegan but EMS and Perfect Susanoo .. Kabuto has his Dragon Sage and Edo Tensei.. So then I'd but Kabuto at 8500 (the second highest) then Tobi with his arsenal and Gedō summon at third with an 8400.

It will basically be a top ten list so #1 will have the highest number #2 will have lower then #1 and so on.

It's just rough guesses tbh you don't need to calulate much basically if you think kakashi is a little bit stronger then gai kakashi would get 320 and gai would get 300. Just guesses basically it is not like the data book where they will get points in each area of skill such as taijutsu, ninjutsu
