Naruto had only little bit of bijuus and no statue, so yang seal offered chakra and power to filled that gap to make it a semi jubu mode aka rsm

Losing the seal means he lost the 50% so6p's chakra which dwelled in the seal = no more rikudo mode

After losing rsm, it doesn't mean naruto is weaker. Naruto now has gain trust of 100% of all bijuus. Naruto fans thought naruto can't lose rsm because that would make him weak. Also you still have no proof that Naruto lost RSM. There is nothing in the manga that suggests this.
