I supposed this is viz scan. They have a habit to put them into complete sentence even if its not meant to be as clear. In another word, the rest of the translations explain their abilities happened after their encountered with so6p. Actual meaning of the scan says, "Its all due to the power of hagomoro that leads us to do theses things." Putting any sentence that specify the specifics as such is very misleading.

Here's a much easier example. Obito said itachi transfered all his techniques to sasuke, but in fact we know he didn't
