Form a Rasengan (explain how you do it again please) and add your wind chakra, while spinning it even more. Then concentrate on shape manipulation to make it look like a shuriken...xd

*Now that I have the basic part I that to add more Fuuton chakra and rotate it much faster as I do this the spikes round it start to get much bigger and start to look like a giant blue shuriken. I charge at you with it (fine not you the dummy U_U), as I hit the dummy the dummy's stuffing flies everywhere and the dummy looks burnt a bit*

Good and ths was the last regular wind jutsu....however there are more 6-7 new jutsus that I have to teach you...however I will ask MC T tomorrow if I could just let you have them...so I will tell you tomorrow wether or not you will learn them or just get them by deafault... So c-ya tomorrow...
