First perfork these hand seals *shows you hand seals* Then take a deap breat and in the same time concentrate your Fuuton chakra into your lungs. Try to compres it and then exhale several balls of wind at my clone. Remember dont exhale it all at once , if you do it you wont be able to make the other 2 balls. So be careful. Also remember the shape manipulation...you have to make several wind bullets.

Start by sending your wind chakra into the sky to darken the clouds. Once they are dark and the enviormental is stormy you will have to spin your chakra into the air and create F-5 tornad. Once it starts to form remember to make it realy sharp...
