Apparently, Vivek has more than any admin(which I thought to be the max.), only due to his amount of posts.

Vivek always had the most. Zise recently changed the admin rep power to 45 (like a few weeks ago).
Didn't I make a post about rep power somewhere? Rep power works like this:
Register Date Factor - For every X number of days (365), users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power
Post Count Factor - For every X number of posts (1000), users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
Reputation Point Factor - For every X points of reputation(1000), users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
You start with 1, so if you have 5,200 posts, 2300 rep points and 2.5 years registered on the forum you would have a rep power of 10.
