Awakening
A few years have past since the Guardian incident, but time has not made the hate towards the Guardians settle. the people of the kingdom have chosen sides, many were for the Guardians, but then there were the others that disliked them.
Justus has changed the kingdom and while changing the Kingdom as the King's chief advisor, people are beginning to question who really killed the king. Justus has men patrolling the borders of the kingdom, searching for the Guardians. “Chief Advisor Justus, my Lord, a word from the borderlines”
Because of Aryn’s early planning, the guardians found a safe haven, The Fort. A place where anything and everything was beautiful, full of colour and grandeur. "hahahahaha, you can't catch me I'm the fastest there is" Curtis says as he runs, out of nowhere, trees begin to sprout out towards Curtis and bind his legs "hey no fair, powers aren't allowed", "oh yeah, that's right. it must suck not having powers. you and cain must really have it tough, i mean, your Dad was the strongest of the guardians" says amelia chuckling as she spoke. "yeah well, i guess we don't have that ability. but, i'm still better"
A puff of smoke encompasses Curtis. poofing sounds were heard "Polo you little rascal" amelia shoutz out as she calls for Yolo. "we can't let them escape can you follow them back to their base", "I can do better" Yolo says with a smirk on his face. with a determined look on Amelia's’ face, the determination turns into curiosity "where is lance?". Yolo begins to laugh as they head in the direction of the enemies base. as Yolo and Amelia are running towards Curtis’ base, they see lance, Curtis and Polo running towards Amelia and Yolo, and seeing a trail of smoke behind them.
meanwhile at the fort
"c’mon cain, why are you acting like that? tell me, im your mother" mel says in a concerned tone, "it's nothing just please leave me alone" Cain shouts as he leaves the house, slamming the door, “what the hell do your doing, treating your mother like that, if your Father was......” “well he’s not here is he Tuuk, and i don't need you to tell me what to..” :flaw: in a flash, Cain goes flying towards and hits the stump where they would cut the firewood. “What the hell was that for Tuuk you old bastard?” “that was for what you were about to say you little runt, now get inside and think about today's events, do you understand me?...........................now i may not be your father, but your father asked me to take that role”, “Whatever, im gonna go slee.....” !!!BBOOOOOOMMMM!!!, cain stops as he hears, and feels a movement to which he had never felt before, suddenly Curtis, Amelia, Lance, Polo and Yolo rush out of the forest, towards the fort, and following them, smoke, the sound of trees falling, and then it stops, the smoke ceases.
Tuuk, motioning for everyone to take cover, begins to walk forward, and with every step Tuuk would take, the higher the suspense grew. “!!!FIRE!!!” was heard coming from the forest, !!!BBOOOOOOMM!!! something shot out from the forest, whistling towards , and before Tuuk could do anything, he was taken and pushed into cliffside, and as he made contact with the cliffside, an explosion bursted out, causing rubble, boulders, and sediments to pile over the area. in shock, the kids, looked into the forest, not moving for fear of having the same happen to him.
Cain moves out, standing in Tuuks place holding his hand toward the forest, with eyes of anger, and hate, and with that “HEY YOU, WHOEVER DID THAT..................................................... THAT WAS MY JOB!!!!!!!” cains hands begin to raise, and with that, the trees rustle, the the grass has a wave effect emanating from the brother, Cain “I WILL CRUSH YOU!!!!!”, Curtis rushes towards his brother holding on to Cain’s arm shouting “No don’t kill them, you’re not like that, you’re not a killer, you’re no..” Curtis looks into his brother's eyes, and he sees something in his brother, something so strong and dark, that it causes Cain to curl his hand into a fist, slowly, steadily, making sure to hear the screams, and shouts of the men inside the metal object.
All of a sudden, dark clouds begin to surround the area, lightning strikes at random points hitting the ground, but hitting the ground while going towards Tuuks supposed place of death and eventually striking the boulders and rubble causing them to fall apart, bit by bit. meanwhile, without noticing the surroundings, and in fear of Death, Curtis puts out his hands, and from a clenched position, he began to unravel his hands, and then it became a power struggle between the two boys, one struggling to kill, and the other struggling to save.
The Area has been cleared and Tuuk is nowhere to be seen, the rest of the group look and see where he might be... “What do you think you’re doing Cain? DROP THEM NOW!!!” in anger, Cain thrusts the metal object towards him, but to his left, crashing in the house behind him...........not realising what he had done “AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!” a scream is heard, and everyone bolt to the house only to see Curtis and Cain’s mother, impaled to to the wall in between the wall and the metal object. Cain, looking at what had happened, seeing his mother reaching out her hand towards him, began to run with a trail of tears. “ooohhhh mommy, whats going to happen??”, “now now, my dear, mommy will be going now, but before i do, i have to tell you something, and you alone” Mel holds Curtis tight, and puts her mouth to his ear and begins to talk to him, that which is not known to the rest of the group. after a while, she pushes him away and says, “Tell him, I love him, and that he doesn’t have to come to say goodbye, but if he does, tell him to do it quickly.”
Curtis begins to run after Cain, Tuuk starts to follow, but then Mel cries out, "don’t follow him, i trust him, please, you saw them out there, they are their Fathers children, this is something for them to figure out, together, no matter what path they chose, they will always stand for what is right, remember that dear friend, remember that........"
Next Issue: Separation
about releases:
i know not many people will be into this, but anyways, i said in the last chapter which was written yesterday, and posted yesterday, that this chapter should be released next week, but well, it happened today, so it will be on and off.
in other words, they will be released when Im ready
