Possible proof that Black Zetsu and Kaguya were retconced

Something about what Black Zetsu said didn't make sense to me no matter how I tried to rationalize it. He stated for a thousand years he approached and tempted the Ashura and Indra reincarnations for a thousand years, but he conveniently does not directly approach and tempt Madara and instead supposedly deceived him and acts as his will. Why is this? Then of course he appears in Madara's tomb and was somehow, inexplicably living in his body since he came out of his hand.

I suppose the most obvious inconsistency that many have already discussed would be how he was able to change the Uchiha tablet and control the mazou by taking out its white zetsus when he didn't possess Hagoromo's Rinnegan.

Depends on what he meant by tempt. The manga makes it clear that he pulled a flat-out Palpatine on Indra, yet he doesn't seem to approach Madara at all. I think that after Indra and maybe the next couple incarnations he went into hiding, subtly manipulating the Uchiha and Indra's reincarnations via tools like the Stone Tablet.

I think when we are at the door to entering Kaguya arc, Kishi pull a short term plan retconn or on the go retconn.

And this BZ drama and Kaguya personality problem is the result of it, what I find really surprise is BZ never explained in detail how hago and Hamura seal the Jubbi, What about the artificial moon, how is hagoromo become a Jin when He and Hamura sealed Juubi in the moon?

That is the most clear proof that Kishi is retconning many thing without a plan, the results is no explanation on number of events and also many contradiction is found by readers.

I'm not needed to talking about Madara's will is Kaguya's will, BZ attempt on Indra, etc. The fact above is enough.

Yeah, Sakura couldn't do damage to Spiral Zetsu's summoning(something Karin could do). A few moments later she is now able to do more damage to Kaguya than Naruto's punch did.:|
