Possible plot hole with Hashirama Senju

What page in the manga does it show his eventual defeat??? They just show him weakened but not how Madara actually immobilized him. Anyone know what happened??

Madara used the chakra rods to immobilize him. I believe it's page 5 of chapter 657

Thanks guys I was thinking off panel but thought I missed something. Although they did show Tobirama Senju get owned. The fourth has no arms and the third is helping the fight.
