If you're talking about VotE, then no. There was nobody else. It was Hashirama who noted 'something', not 'someone'.

It may of been a genjutsu, but someone was watching that fight.
Madara was watching the fight not just someone, are you not listening? Hashirama obviously was inside an illusion, as indicated when madara used his Mangekyo jutsu prior getting stabbed.
