@bold I, myself have Black Burn and yea it gets annoying if used 24/7(lol). You have to add in Water Explosion/Implosion, because we are not safe to use water techs either. Also there is a guy making Fire Manipulation so we are not safe using fire either.

No one was thought Water Implosion so far. I remain the only one knowning it, so please don't add to the list every jutsu you find hard to counter

LOL I'm not saying we shouldnt be alowed to share, but I would like to keep it within reason. I actually use a couple of shared customs because they work nicely into my fighting style.
@ hasashi: Custon element juts are not included in the custom jutsu count since they are submitted in a different thread and pertain to more than one person (since its a new element it should have a separate skillset, like a KG) .

I agree but the reason I ask for CJs is because I lack the creativity that other members have xd Plus the fact of how useful other memeber's jutsu are. So if u cant create anything similar to it, why not ask to use or learn the jutsu?

i would say it would be nice to each person to get 20 CJs from someone (max), i would personally make that each person would be able to make only 4 or 5 summons which wouldn´t count as CJs (just personal preference(spelling))

I agree that there should be a limit, and maybe only up to A or B rank cjs should be able to be able to be given between people. This would cut back on the op'ness of it.

the suggestion seems fair, though if you want to do this then you'd have to start applying modern bio rules to older members bios, for example, mixing KG or having sm and eig on the same bio, or having either on kg bios. as if you want to even the playing field for every member that is the only fair way to do it

How about just restricting the amount of people you can teach a custom to? It'd drastically decrease the program and it'd be an easier way to adapt to not having 100+ customs as well.

As well potentially 60% or more of the RP. Do that and nearly everyone will stopping RPing, I guarantee it.
EDIT: Well, maybe not guarantee it, but there is a great chance it'd happen.

I would quit U_U. RP would just be boring. CJ's are good for when you don't like using the same jutsu and combos over and over again and add more fun to the RP. Also, people would just rip everyone else's customs and then mods would have to re approve old customs. And people who received cj's from an inactive member would be screwed out of being able to use it.
