Baiken patiently waited for Lilith's interaction to end with the lady... Another Ronin, Baiken knew for certain. Baiken hated their kind, whether she happened to be one of them or not... Her hands shook with fury, wanting to strike down her kin with ferocity, but there were bigger things at play that she needed to focus on.

"Let's go, Lilith." Baiken demanded calmly while lighting her pipe and her unoccupied right sleeve fluttering in the wind. She wasn't sure if the other Ronin could pick up on her all-but-friendly nature, but Baiken's face said it all as her eye's were not taken away from the lady the minute she crossed their path...

Baiken took Lilith's hand, akin to a child, and forced her to keep leading the way to where they were headed. Baiken had no time to chat with a Ronin nor a Samurai, lest she sees them slain where they stood.

I see so.. It's a token of affection that you tie to your tool of destruction.. It's quite poetic in a sense especially when you get to share a history with it. Or write history with it, even. Maybe that's why Otosan did not name his Stake yet, he hasn't used it for anything.
Lilith shined with the effect her Yang technique had on Musashi. She said that she felt great and atleast that was something. Lilith was confident now that this was a good person, so she continued in informing her about the endeavors of the uncharted Kamiyasumi continent out in the western sea.

Aye, so when me and Alucard arrived there we were the first. There was no sign of civilization whatsoever when we came there but it was such a vast place. Who knows what's in it's deepest regions, i'm sure there's something there. Anyway, at this point i am sure many more of us are there and setup of camps so you probably won't be as lonely as we were. Of course that also means that evil has drawn attention to it as well as we've battled pirates there already. Be sure to stay on your guard even more so than normal, the wildlife could prove to be a real danger there much akin to the barren wastes of this continent, the Tobusekai. Ano, if you ever see anyone there from our clan could you do us a favor and send our regards and apologies for not being able to partake there currently. Alucard has his reasons but he keeps them to himself as far as i know..
Lilith paused for a secound, just realizing that Musashi was indeed not a part of the Hellsing Organization. She got a bit embarrassed but continued.

Hehe, nevermind you don't know them.. Anyway, you can just say that Alucard sends his regards if you happen to come across Panthalassa and Barney there. I think they should've arrived by now. Anyway, i shouldn't keep you here for any longer, Gomenasai for taking up your time and goodluck on your quest. I'll be here still if you need anything else before you go. A sturdy boat might be a good idea though hihi.

Musashi listened to Lilith’s explanation, and could sense the hostility from the new comer.

Thanking Lilith for the information, though, Musashi gave a slight bow and sent her off with a smile.

With that, Musashi continued her intended preparation and ultimately left the Port of Innovus.

Leaving Landmark for Kaizoku Sea (259).

Lilith waived goodbye to Musashi, she was thrilled to maybe have made yet another friend. Her attention now turned entirely to Baiken.

Aye, let's go.
Lilith leaves landmark to 212A.

Coming from [x]

Lilith took a deep breath as she exited the armory. She then set her eyes towards the sea and created a gust of dust and wind to hurl from the ground as her wings carried her upwards.

Father, i'm on my way now..
She left the port and headed west towards the sea.

This post marks the beginning of my mission using these storyboard elements:

- Make preparations for an upcoming battle (3)

Summary: Kōtetsu makes his final preparations before returning to the Kaizoku Sea to face the beast that dwells in the deep.

Coming From: Armory of Marzan (212A)

The shadow of the campfire’s flames danced across Kōtetsu’s face as he sat with his back a wall that once belonged to a much larger structure that had long since been reclaimed by the earth. The wild animals that had overtaken the port kept their distance. They couldn’t be seen, but he could smell them not far away, their instincts telling them they were no match for the Inuzuka and the two ninken laying on his flanks.

Situated between himself and the fire was a large canvas atop which all of his tools lay. Farthest from him was his sword Angurvadal, whose inky black blade gleamed in the light of the flames as if attempting to drown out the shine of the thin layer of mithril tightly clad around its edges. Beneath the weapon was an assortment of shuriken, Kunai, pre-made sealing tags, and some heavy artillery exploding tags. On the right of the canvas was the calcified essence of the Kulullu, the artifact that had played a critical role in the battle against the Five Tails.

As he looked down at his weapon and tools, the small tendrils that had ruptured the ground didn’t escape his notice, but he passed them off as regular weeds that would soon grow to reclaim the land. He returned his focus to the canvas. Everything had been cleaned, sharpened, and checked for the slightest defect.

"Hmm…" He grumbled to no one in particular. "Maybe I’ll just check one more time."

"For the last time," Solaire barked as his packbrother reached for the tools once again. "Everything is fine. You’ve already checked them."

"Right, but you can never be too sure, Solaire."

The ninken let out a heavy sigh in frustration. "You’re always like this before an important battle, Kōtetsu."

"Just leave him be," interrupted Sif without even lifting his head from the floor.

The larger of the two ninken relents and watched as Kōtetsu checked over his weapons for the last time before tucking them safely away until only Angurvadal and The Final Shape were left. He grabs the sword by the hilt and lifted it to his face before running his hand against the flat part of the blade. As if attempting to reassure him it vibrated gently at his touch. It too was ready for what was to come. He moved his hand from the blade to the calcified essence and picked it up as he stood. He slung the weapon across his back and tied the artifact to his waist.

'So, are you ready then?' Asked Sirris telepathically. Out of the three ninken, she usually preferred remaining fused within her packbrother.

"Yes."

Sirris’ thoughts were quiet for a brief moment. Their unique bond allowed her to feel the intensity of his determination and resolve, but there was also a worry. Not for himself, but for her and Solaire and Sif. The thought of losing them ate at his mind even though he tried his best to suppress it. 'Do not fret, Kōtetsu. Whatever fate awaits us…'

"We rise to meet it together," he announced aloud, finishing her sentence for her. As if on queue a soft glowing light began illuminating the night as the sun prepared to start its journey across the sky.

The Inuzuka takes a deep breath of the air. He filled his lungs and held it for a moment before exhaling. His nerves calmed, and he became hyper-aware of his surroundings as his senses heightened to a new degree. From within him Sirris focused chakra to her nose and heightened her sense of smell to the point where she was able to visually perceive scents, an ability that he was able to tap into due to their merger.

As his vision filled with an overlay of vibrant colors, he flexed his leg muscles to passively release the weights that kept his speed in check and activated his enhanced strength. All his preparations were done. If he didn’t return from this battle, then it would simply be because he was too weak to overcome the monstrous beast that dwelled in the depths.

Sif and Solaire both rose to their feet and stretched after a comfortable rest before moving to stand at their packbrother's side. Together, the three of them watched as the sun rose over the horizon and bathed them in golden light. It seemed today was as good a day to die as any. "Lets Go."

Techniques used:

Supekutoru-Kan | Spectral Sense
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: N/A
Chakra: 20 (-10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: Spectral Sense is a technique usable only by ninken that takes advantage of the ability to sense and track targets through scent. By channeling chakra to their nose a Ninken’s sense of smell is heightened to the point where they become able to visualize scents. Much like synesthesia, this technique enables scents detected by the ninken’s sense of smell to be interpreted visually, with whatever smelt being interpreted as visible colors that will seep and ooze out of techniques and people. This will not be limited to the ninken’s visual range, but will instead exist independently as an experience-able phenomenon that will be interpreted visually - for instance, a ninken will be able to close their eyes yet will still see colors, with scents from behind them interpreted in a way akin to peripheral vision, yet more rear reaching and so on. The stronger or fresher the scent - whether it be a person or technique, the more vivid and bright the color will be. Staler sources of released chakra will take on more bland and faded tones, while those interpreted as dangerous or fatal will take or strong and alarming red, yellow and purple tones. Stronger scents, such as that produced by a ninja performing a technique or an active attack will produce stronger, more block colors, while dormant sources, such as a ninja at rest or passive or dormant techniques will produce more patchy and whispy tones. Elemental affinities and other disciplines of chakra transformation will also have their own distinct colors, even pure physical and spiritual energies, including spiritual beings/entities, will have their own hue.

Note:
- This technique can only be used three times per battle/arc.
- Color perception will appear like a filter that overlays onto the normal view of the world.
- Once activated this technique lasts until deactivated, draining -10 chakra per turn from the user.
( Chakura Chikara ) - Chakra Enhanced Strength
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: ( +25 to taijutsu techniques )
Damage points: ( +25 to taijutsu techniques )
Description: A technique that uses the refine chakra control and concentration required in medical ninjutsu to enhance one's strength to monstrous levels. This is done by storing chakra into one's hands or feet and releasing it onto the target with pinpoint timing. With this strength, the user can decimate the ground or even kill opponents with a single strike.
Note: Can only be used by Sakura, Momoshiki, Sarada or Tsunade bios.
Note: Once activated, lasts the entire battle.
(Kaihou Kasugai) Automated Clamps (Passive)
Type: Tool
Rank: E
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: A basic automated clamp designed to read the electrical input of muscles contracting allowing the user to simply flex in a specific way to release them. These clamps are integrated into Leg Weights to hold them in place. Allowing the user to simply flex their leg in a specific manor to passively release the weight giving them freedom of mobility. These clamps give no added bonus or benefit other then releasing the weights in a more versatile way, better suited for combat.
Notes:
-Must be placed in the users biography
-Can only be taught by Serpent
(Katai Omori) Leg Weights (Reference)
Type: Weapon
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: An advanced version of the normal Leg Weights created for those dedicated to their craft, the Advanced Leg Weights increase the stress and weight applied to the user in order to achieve an even higher payoff. When inactive and worn, the user experiences a -3 Speed level drop due to the intense weight slowing him down. However, when released, the user gains a drastic boost to his base running speed (x4) and +35 to all his kick-related moves. Much like the weaker versions, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other. Only one of the user's bio can have these weights at any time.

Arriving from Soren's Rest

"Neither," Solomon finally answered after their silent journey. "Like I said, these rifts are only possible because what we define as 'real' is much less concrete than it was a year ago. But each Domain that has collapsed has brought us here: to the Port of Innovus." Unlike before at the city where Last Bastion would stand, the Port of Innovus was a bustling capital city of the Bronze Empire. Circling the city were tall light brown walls that were guarded by a series of regularly posted towers, each hosting a squad of guardsmen that oversaw the grasslands that sprawled outwards. To the north was a caravan heading toward the city, a series of camels and travelers accompanying each other to the city's main gates. Within the walls we could only make out tall classical-like structures, with pointed or dome like tops that spread throughout the city. It was a city of marble. A glorious capital that, despite the Empire's decline, seemed immune to the passage of time. "Welcome to the heart of the Bronze Empire, humanity's first civilization."

Isabella had stuck to Solomon all this while, but the silence was getting to her. Nonetheless, across the continent, they had seen many travelers. Isabella had spotted more and more caravans heading in the same direction as the pair of them, and now, after the journey, it was easy to know why. The city was bustling with activity, far more than the near-abandoned town it had become. Not since the arrival of Marzan had she seen the Port with as many people as now.

The heart of the Bronze Empire. The last dinasty before the fall of the Immortal's legacy. I might even be half sorry to see how far we've fallen.

"I think someone could make a case for a sort of 'dark age' after the collapse of the Bronze Empire. But keep in mind the Hangurian Freehold that came long after it. History is cyclical. You'll learn this with old age one day, I'm sure of it." Solomon motioned again, walking along a beaten dirt road that led to the main thoroughfare of the city, the Stone Way. "I assume by now you've grown tired of just sightseeing, right? Why not just hunt Imeroth down in our own time period? Why go through all the trouble of following a rift back thousands of years?" Solomon's question was somewhat rhetorical, probing Isabella for her own thoughts and answers as they walked toward the capital.

I have grown tired of sightseeing indeed, but your line of questioning seems more like a rethorical question than anything I can reply. I had not chosen to hunt Imeroth before you came, and, similarily, I did not know I would enter a rift, let alone one that would take me back thousands of years. You are the cornerstone of my plans, Solomon, it is your quest that I am joining, not the other way around.

She voiced, as she walked across the streets of Port Innovus. Her nonchalant demeaning colored her words with tints of jest and cockiness, but Solomon's stare would have none of it. Isabella's eyes glistened and then the corners of her mouth faltered slightly. In a completely different mood, she continued.

I am weak and incomplete, Solomon. I was too imprudent and vain to think that I could face Nefarian alone. I did not die then, but so many did. Madara calls me his nemesis, but so far all I've done was be a nuisance to someone that far outranks me. I have never known such defeat before in my life, I feel like I have to learn everything again. My eyes are a mystery to me, both the Shinkaigan and the Sharingan. I have yet no idea how to master either of them beyond their base form.

I want to hunt down Imeroth because I can't bear the notion of sitting on my thumbs while Humanity is either wiped out or enslaved. But I won't be able to hunt him down on my own time until I manage to grasp my abilities and climb back up to the top. So, I am here to find a way to get stronger. If that doesn't happen, I'm here to at least find a way to weaken my enemies.

She did not look back at Solomon until her very last sentence. Then, she looked once more, with resolution in her eyes.

And you? Why would you hunt him down here and not in our present?

"A walk through history," Solomon proffered, hands stretched outward as they moved along the Stone Way. It was the only solace he could offer her as they walked together through time. Though what Isabella said next surprised even the Mage King. Her journey had shattered her somewhat. It brought to light the painful reality of just how small they all were in the magnificent cosmic reality that Solomon beheld. "Isabella-" Solomon began, speaking carefully and deliberately picking each word. "We're all incomplete. Every single one of us. That is what makes us human. What we call 'life' is but a journey, a pilgrimage that aggregates suffering, pain, loss, and regrets. But it is not only a tale of death. It is the blinking of a beautiful, radiant star flashing across the cosmos." He chuckled for a moment, thinking of his own long life. "It's ironic, you know. Without death, without defeat, without loss, there can be no meaning in one's life, in their victories and their joys. It's why the life of an ordinary human has far more meaning than my own."

By now the walls of the Port were close. The Stone Way led toward the Stone Gate, a towering structure lined with archers and their commanding officers. Each was armored in boiled leather armor with a saber clasped to their sides. "Fret not, Isabella. The pain you suffer now will only make the joy of awakening your Doujutsu fully that much more meaningful, your Shinkaigan." As soon as he uttered that last word the archers atop the stone walls snapped their heads down at them. Dozens of archers glaring at them with crooked heads and wide eyes, unblinking in their gaze. The sight was eerie and disturbing. None of them readied their weapons or drew their blades, they only stared. Their eyes followed with each step the pair took. And Solomon instantly became acutely aware of them, his eyes glancing upward before immediately reverting back on the approaching gate where a caravan was passing through.

The air felt colder, much colder. The notion of entering a potentially dangerous situation by traversing through the gates of an unknown enemy land, especially one lined with guards, was already quite dubious. But to enter an actual nightmare where all the guards eerily look at you with unrelenting eye contact was near impossible. But Isabella was nothing but theatrics, and she had an air for the dramatics. If entering unnoticed was already out of the question, then she would enter as noticed as she could be. If the word had this much of an effect, what would the object itself reveal?

Isabella smiled, and then her gaze darkened, the burgundy irises giving way to the navy flame that consumed her entire eye, before opening up into a cosmical galaxy of purple stars. The Uchuu Shunkaigan would glimmer against the eerie sentinels' gaze, and she would study their lifecycle, noting any mode that they would have activated or intended to.

(Dōjutsu: Shinkaigan) – Eye Technique: Abyssal Eyes
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: N/A (-10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The Shinkaigan (深海), or the Abyssal Eyes and the Eyes of the Abyss, is the Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. Two conditions must be met to awaken the Shinkaigan. The first is that one must become Void-touched; this is achieved when one becomes Void-touched. The second is by gaining sufficient knowledge of the Shinkaigan and the Voidseer’s innate abilities. This is a key characteristic of the Shinkaigan, noted by Solomon to be “eyes of knowledge” rather than “eyes of trauma,” making it distinct from the Sharingan. The Shinkaigan possesses a unique connection to the Void itself. Its abilities exist in both space and time separately. This comes to be because the Void exists both as a separate dimension and a state in time. Rewinding the clocks far enough would cause everything in the universe to eventually converge onto the Void. The Shinkaigan is the only way one can view the Void directly, peering into it to gain intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the universe as it is today. Without the Shinkaigan exposure to the Void and Shinkaigan Dōjutsu causes one to lose Sanity; though, like a double-edged sword, the Shinkaigan user also suffers a loss of Sanity. But because their eye allows them to perceive and cognize the Void differently from other humans, they lose Sanity at a slower rate. In the left eye the Shinkaigan allows the user to visually perceive lifeforce and lifecycles of anything, including inanimate objects. It derives this ocular power through the nature of the Void itself. The right eye allows the Shinkaigan wielder to view the Void as a physical space, perceiving it not as a point in time but a location. The wielder gains enhanced visual acuity, able to track targets at four times their speed. Though unlike other Dōjutsu it lacks the ability to perceive chakra. Activation of the Shinkaigan grants the user access to their Voidseer Dōjutsu, affording them the ability to use powerful temporal and spatial abilities.
Note: The user is able to passively activate the Shinkaigan after holding the Dōjutsu for one month.
Note: Gazing directly into the Shinkaigan causes a loss of 5 Sanity per turn unless the user also wields the Shinkaigan. Those who have completed Taijutsu training can avoid these effects by breaking eye contact with their opponent.

(Dōjutsu: Uchū Shinkaigan) – Eye Technique: Cosmic Abyssal Eyes
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: N/A (-30 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: The Cosmic Shinkaigan (深海), or the Cosmic Abyssal Eyes is the advanced Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. The conditions to advance the Shinkaigan to its Cosmic level continue to build on the concept of the “eyes of knowledge.” The Cosmic Shinkaigan significantly improves the user’s visual prowess, extending the reach and accuracy of their perceptive abilities. The user becomes able to see up to two landmarks from their position in the Ninja World, significantly increasing their reach from the Abyssal Eyes. Meanwhile their visual acuity is enhanced dramatically, vastly improving their tracking capabilities by 6x their base. It is said that the Cosmic level signify the pinnacle of the user’s insight into the Cosmos, but it is more likely that they are simply better attuned to the Void than they would be otherwise. Once they have mastered their abilities a Cosmic Shinkaigan user becomes able to specialize in either the Shinkaigan’s Spatial or Temporal powers, pursuing a line of abilities they unlock as their proficiency with the Cosmic Shinkaigan increases. As a Shinkaigan user has innately greater mastery over their abilities and knowledge of the Void they gain an intrinsic 50% Insanity Resistance.
Note: Once activated the technique will remain active indefinitely afterwards, able to be switched between the Shinkaigan and Cosmic level at will.
Note: After the user has held the Cosmic Shinkaigan for two months they are able to activate it passively.
Note: Gazing directly into the Shinkaigan causes a loss of 10 Sanity per turn unless the user also wields the Shinkaigan. Those who have completed Taijutsu training can avoid these effects by breaking eye contact with their opponent.

(Dōjutsu: Ensui Umi) – Eye Technique: Saltwater Sea
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 15 (-10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: Saltwater Sea, named after Tiamat, is a basic temporal ability of the Shinkaigan. The technique broadly allows the user to view the lifecycle of what they are gazing upon, specifically that of their opponent and any modes or states activated and sustained by them. While this does not confer upon the user the ability to manipulate the duration of those techniques, though it exists in advanced applications, it does allow them to visually understand the duration of any active mode present on their target. This technique is activated instantly, costing a move but not occupying a slot in the timeframe, and lasts for four turns. It can be activated three times per battle.

Solomon glanced at Isabella, then back forward toward the archway and the caravan that had just passed through. "No, don't look at them." Solomon whispered under his breath, grabbing Isabella by the wrist to urge her forward as he hurried his step. But for the moment, while Isabella's eyes locked with the incomprehensible, she would see only swirling Void. There was no lifecycle; instead she would only see a null value: zero and infinity. Their bodies were very much flesh and blood, entities that could be killed. But whatever they were they were the furthest thing from human. "We should go." Solomon said again, tugging on her arm one more time to quicken her step. A stern frown appeared on their faces, each identical to the other. And their eyes and faces slowly but surely followed the two as they passed under the shadow of the archway and into the gate. Solomon breathed a sigh of relief as he felt their gaze break. Though their presence was still very much there.
