Just as the each of their most significant mentors were named Sanin, I suspect the love of the author for making "passing the torch to the next generation" events will result in these three getting similary named with some uber title.

Oh, Sasuke can still be a villian, and fight against Tobi for his part in the slaying of the Uchiha clan and earn such a title while having a temporary truce with his old teammates. They can duel to the death or whatever afterward, but I can still such obvious analogy of the next generation of Sanin to have too powerful of an appeal that it very well may happen even if it pushes the credulity envelope.

Sakura isn't a combat specialist so it kind of makes sense...She's probably the second best medic in the series after Tsunade....she cured Sasori's practically impossible poison!

Hinata should be a better combatant...it is what she does ^.^!!!
