Sakura's fight with Sasori in the beginning of part 2 was awesome.
But after it Kishi completely ignored her. Hinata surpassed her long ago and since the war started even Ino too.

She hasn't really had any chance to show off her skills since the Sasori fight, plus she's part of team 3 so compared to Naruto and Sasuke's power of course she seems like fodder.

Sakura already did her part in the war by playing an important role in helping Shikaku with a strategy after she took out the Zetsu disguised as Neji. It's only been roughly a day since that happened in the timeline.

Naruto is not about how many fights you win or lose, it's about teamwork.

Hinata is to be heir to the Hyuga clan and stood up to prove herself worthy of that role after Neji died. It was her time to shine, same with Lee when he attacked Madara. The focus was on the people closest to Neji and Sakura barely knew him. Same with Ino and Shikamaru after their parents died. They stood up and fought the Juubi in memory of their sacrifice.
