I'd say Part I Hiashi, Part I Neji, or Kiba


Hiashi: Literally hated and didn't care if Hinata died simply because she wasn't strong enough for him.

Neji: Took out his anger (which ended up being wrong) on Hinata when she had no control over the situation.

Kiba: Well he's just a really self confident guy....and as jerkish personality just comes from it.
