Actually, Madara was getting wrecked by Sasuke. Whom is getting wrecked by Kaguya.

haters gona hate ifbu are talking bout when sasuke cut madara in half he was focusing on geting his eye back and why dont u show when madara pubstomped sasuke.

Character wise: Madara. It's not a contest. At least Madara actually talked, and he did it in a trash way and proved his hype.

Power wise: I want to add on that Kaguya is using Madara's body, though I'll agree she has more power; but Madara would win in a fight. He can use his power more proficiently, he has stronger Dojutsu, more DC, and the simple fact that Naruto heavily needed Sasuke to match a restricted Madara; and the former is beating Kaguya on his own. But then again, Madara was a warrior in his whole lifetime, so he is naturally better than Kaguya.​
