As title says, who do you think is better in personality, strength, and appearance? This is Sage Madara with Both Rinnegan and Kaguya.

Madara. While Kaguya has all Kekkei Genkai and more chakra, Madara is more dangerous as he has been fighting for all of his life. More power doesn't mean more dangerous, if you are unable to use it efficiently and effectively.

Kaguya was limited by plot so hard. Thats the one thing ever since Madara was introduced that has really pissed me off, is that every ket player that has been introduced since that point has had all this hype built up around them and then they fall flat because of plot. If this manga took some risks and actually had good tension and stakes, then this entire war would have gone a completely different angle.

Madara would have owned the entire Alliance as an Edo.
Obito would have used the Rinnegan for more than just sticker decal.
Hashirama would have actually done more useful stuff.
Madara would have actually aided Obito instead of just sitting on the side line.
Juubito would have caused a lot more damage than he did.
Madara would have actually lived up to his hype more when he revived himself and obtained his eyes.
Kaguya would have ended this in a split second, considering she is a god.

Naruto is actually close to JJ Hagoromo's level. He has half of his base power along with Ashura's power and all the nine tailed beast. Kaguya can't one shot him.

No. Hagoromo had the complete Juubi with all of the chakra + Rinnegan.

Naruto has a portion of Ichi-Hachibi + half of the Kyuubi. He also has half of old Hagoromo's power. "Ashura's power" is his own as he is a transmigration.

i agree. its underwhelming and could have been better. obito could have used rinne techs as a juubi jin but no. naruto always protected everyone who he was with. 40,000 nobodies died. madara just went crazy.
