Power means nothing without experience, whilst Obito is struggling to keep 2-4 of them in Sync/Fighting, Nagato has 6 perfectly synced ones sharing eye sight and working as a splendid team.

Obito's are probably stronger, but I don't even look at them as Paths of Pain. More like ***** zombies. Nagato's were named the Six Paths of Pain for reasons. They all had a background story to him. It was apart of his story. Obito dug up dead Jinchuurikis and stabbed poles into them. Not as cool.

Well, Nagato's stakes simply had a different property .. but yes i suppose that could be considered more skilled .. but in all other ways come on .. Preta,Human,Asura,Animal,Deva,Naruka.. Obito has not even shown he Knows how to use those things ..
