Okay so I'll get straight to the point. Hinata is arguably the most popular female in the series. Those double DD really play a big factor in this as its normally thought, but does that really matter?
Really think, say, even if she had an average figure like tenten, she would still be the most 'popular' female in Naruto as long as she has her "Personality"(kind+hardworker+shy+most importantly her likeness for Naruto) .
