Sakura nearly got killed by JJ Madra because she tried to blitz him without knowing what he was capable of and knowing he was way more powerful then her. That's not smart on any level.
Sasuke genjutsu'd the **** out her like it was nothing, so she's not immune.
Her fighting style revolved around charging in and punching. Not a lot of skill involved
Even if she was a doujutsu user, pretty sure Kishi would find a way to make her the least impressive

I didn't see her about to die ? Scans, she was not at all phase, and madara did nothing but find behind an invisible wall.
Her purpose was to be a distraction, and she did so.

Here's what you should do:
1. Go to elementary school
2. Ask your teacher to explain you what "strategy" means

It's a waste of time, but I'll try to give you an idea (I know your brain can't keep up, but if you try hard, and pray to God, maybe, just maybe, you'll understand). So, strategy is your complete plan in a battle, how you shape of the battle to your own benefit, how you analyze the situation and adapt to them and counter them with available resources. It's consists of a series of thinking and ideas based on circumstances. It's understanding and molding the entire flow of battle based on your strengths and the enemy's weaknesses. It's not just a random thought suitable only for the moment. It isn't some move you quickly come up with based on that particular moment. Cleverness at certain things and a quick idea is quite different from a strategy.

Strategy is something like you observe in Sasuke's fight against Diedara. He observed Diedara's every move, every hand sign and every jutsu. He understood the nature of everything and countered it properly. He saw that Diedara used Earth Style, and used lightning style to counter it. He tested certain jutsus by understanding their working nature. He clarified the ambiguous part that what was the actual reason of the going off of Diedara's explosives. Was it because of Diedara's deactivation or because of his jutsu. He established his hypothesis from that. He formulated battle plans. He deactivated a land mine through Chidori sword, and took advantage of that to extent his reach to attack Diedara, who was away from his reach. That's killing two birds with one stone. That's what you call a strategy.

Show me at any place in the manga, where Naruto understand the whole nature and working of an entire battle and prepared his attacks based on that. And I'm talking about the whole understanding of the battle, not just a clever move. Even during Pain's fight (the only fight in which he actually used some strategy) doesn't match up to Sasuke's strategy.

In my previous post, I told you to provide your inference. That's how you provide your inference like how I did.

He did use strategies in many battles. But quality-wise, they don't match up to Sasuke's strategy. And quantity-wise, they again don't match up. I'm not saying Naruto never used strategy. But in comparison to Sasuke, Naruto trails in strategy development.
