In terms of regular IQ like problem solving and understanding complex concepts it is Sasuke > Sakura > Naruto

Sakura is a total noob at battle smarts, Naruto is right on Sasuke's heels in battle smarts but is rubbish at anything intellectual outside of anything combat related. Sasuke is kind of a genius.

Even though he didn't have godlike speed, he was pretty fast in Hebi.
So maybe she couldn't blow away the universe but she had hella strong wind abilities.
Databook may overhype some abilities but it doesn't make up fake abilities which the user does not have.
