In terms of battle intelligence it is Sasuke > Naruto > Sakura
In terms of regular IQ like problem solving and understanding complex concepts it is Sasuke > Sakura > Naruto
or Sakura > Sasuke > Naruto.
Sakura is a total noob at battle smarts, Naruto is right on Sasuke's heels in battle smarts but is rubbish at anything intellectual outside of anything combat related. Sasuke is kind of a genius.

Even though the databook overhypes the abilities, is it ever wrong about the abilities?
Even though he didn't have godlike speed, he was pretty fast in Hebi.
So maybe she couldn't blow away the universe but she had hella strong wind abilities.
Databook may overhype some abilities but it doesn't make up fake abilities which the user does not have.
No it wont be fine, that will make it incorrect.
Like i said before, maybe the Databook overhypes abilities, but it never makes up random abilities.
So if it says universal comprehension of things, it could be true.
It's not true because if he did he would understand how his yang abilities worked when he would be able to explain how he fixed Kakashis eyes perfectly.
He would have been able to understand what Sasuke was doing instead of having Kurama explain it to him.
He would have understood what was happening to Kaguya without being surprised.
Naruto hasn't shown a universal comprehension of anything. Naruto would easily be the smartest person alive.

No, it will make it correct. Sasuke is more intellectual and a combat genius. Naruto has gotten really good recently and close to Sasuke in those aspects, but he is still behind, no doubt.

He never said he didn't know how to explain it, he just said he couldn't really explain it, sometimes there are things we can understand but can't explain.
Let me ask you this : Was Naruto ever asking Kurama to explain to him why/how/what Sasuke was doing? No, therefore he could have already understood, but Kurama was saying it so us readers could understand the situation.
You forget that he was still new with RSM then, therefore it could have just been because of inexperience.
And maybe he is? The Databook is not made by some fakers or fans, its made by people who work with Kishi, therefore it must be the truth, you can't say everything in the databook is false.
Name one technique that was made up in the databook, not a technique that was overhyped, but a technique that they made up without it actually being true.
