The wall was very high and completely solid, Chase realizes once he tries to climb over it. He goes in almost a complete circle trying to find a spot he could climb up, but there were no dents, cracks, protrusions or ladders of any kind to be found on the wall. There was no way he could get over these walls.

Soon, Chase notices a drunken man passed out and leaning on the wall. He had beer and liqour bottles piled up over him, so much, in fact, that a person would have suspected alcohol poisining to be the source of his state. He has an ID that says "Raymond Chase, 5860" on it. There were no pictures so apparently one wasn't needed on an ID. Do you steal it?

*Chase swipes the drunks ID after a thorough but ultimately futile search for a bottle with some contents of alcohol remaining. He walks back to the gate and shows it to the female gate guard.*
