Based on the new and upcoming anime for Pokemon Black & White, It won't be on what the Best Wishes will be but my production of what I think it will be like.
In the small town of Pallet Town, Lived Satoshi/Ash Ketchum, A 10 year old pokemon trainer. Sleeping as usual while being late for his new adventure and his mother, Delia who came up to his room with Pikachu on her shoulder. She whispers into Pikachu's ear.
Pikachu: Pika!
A little tradition is Pikachu always shocks Ash in bed before an adventure, Today was no different.
Pikachu: Pikaaa! Chuuuuu-uuu-uuuuu!
Thunder Shock was released and it defiantly woke Ash up.
Ash: AHhhhgahhh! PIKACHU!
Ash jumps out of bed and hugs his little buddy.
Ash: READY FOR ANOTHER ADVENTURE PIKACHU!
Pikachu: Pika! Pika!
Delia/Mother: You should see Professor Oak before you leave!
Ash rushes out of his room and out his house before shouting.
Ash: Yeah! I will! Lets Go Pikachu!
Pikachu and Ash rushed over to the lab and saw an old rival wearing a matching outfit.
???: Well Well Well.. If It isn't my old rival Ash!
Ash: Gary?!
Gary was taller than before and looked exactly like he was before for the exception of a friendly smile.
Gary: I see you still have that mouse with you.. Pikachu.. Ever since that day.. Then you became the greatest pokemon trainer.. I must say you done well.. So are you going to that new region I take it?
Ash: Thanks Gary.. New Region.. You Mean Isshu..
Prof. Oak: Isshu is a great region, my friend, Prof. Araragi will be waiting for your entrance as she will give you one of the experimental and new pokemon..
Gary: -What about me? Aren't I the tester of that pokemon?
Ash had a thought in the back of his mind.
Ash: Same Old Gary..
Prof. Oak: Oh Be Quiet Gary! You realise that you cannot go because you have no pokemon!
Ash: (Shouted) No Pokemon! You had many last time I saw you!
Gary: (Whispering) Team Rocket took them while I left them in the pokemon centre to rest..
Ash: Why don't I loan you.. Bulbasaur and Totadile ... They are strong and are here right now..
Prof. Oak: Actually..
Oak hands out two pokeballs to Gary..
Prof. Oak: Take it.. if Ash wants you to have them.. then take them..
Gary: Thanks Ash! I will meet you in Isshu! For sure!
Grabs both pokeballs and rushes out..
Ash: I'm Ready To Go..
Prof. Oak: Good Luck and Keep In Contact.. Bye Ash.
Ash: Bye Prof. Oak!
Ash leaves while Oak smiles.
One adventure is going to begin.. NOW!

I might try and make a chapter based on getting there but.. Yeah.
