This is a friendly battle.

Rei's Rules and Regulations.
No Substitute or That kai thing.
You can flirt with me if you want... :|
KG allowed, CJs Allowed.
5 Basic elements. No CE.
The terrain is a grass plain that someone didn't use the lawnmower on for quite some time.
The distance is mid range.

Don't bother if your going to try to snatch my tomoe 2 eyes.

If you also want to make this interesting we can have a 2 vs 2 battle. If this doesn't become a 2v2 battle then I will start after you post your bio.

I'll be using my Daiki Uchiha Bio.
