Poem: against the odds

[Punk Hazard]

its kinda funny
how some people just do it for money
or for the honeys
and the ones with real respect for the game
never get to arise to fame
but whos to blame
is it the ones with the brand names
on all the clothes
the ones that get sold
just cuz the were bold
the real ones dont get to see the gold
i guess thats how the story unfolds
how its told
with the good ones being left In the cold
covered In mold
never being known
never seeing the throne
stuck underground
wheres the hope now
seems like life wont turn around
never could get a deal
number one fear
is ding without accomplishment
one could just use common sense
its like the underdog never wins
the fat lady is getting read to sing
hes laying down the ring
the ref almost done with the count
hes bouta throw the towel out
then with one lst burst of fight
he gets up and knocks out the light
out of his opponent
this is his moment
he gon own it
its like he was chosen
enough with the posing
he gon let his skills shine
people say hes out of his mind
but hes nothing short of divine
unleash these rhymes like a crime
see what he has in store
what people are in for
