So before we start First answer These questions:
What is Lighting ?
Lighting's strenghts and weaknesses ?
Tell me 3 Lighting users.
Which is the most commonly seen tech?
Is Lighting mainly used for offensive, defensive or supplementary moves?

~lightning is energy. it gives us electricity by sending an electric current through metal. with a potent amount of it, lightning can be very dangerous, electrocuting, or even killing their opponent via electric shock.
~in the naruto world, lightning is an elemental nature transformation where the user increasing high frequency vibrating in their chakra to create lightning. the lightning paralyzes the opponent, leaving them open to another attack allowing for piercing damage and fast movement.
~ lightning is strong against earth, but weak against wind
~ the first user is Kakashi Hatake
Then he teach Sasuke Lightning to
The 3rd one i know and my favourite is Killer Bee sama
~ The most common using This : hmmmm thats hard because they used it so often but i guess sasuke has a lot using the lightning, when he trains w/ Kakashi, when he fought Deidara
~ lightning absolutely for Offensive and very unstable jutsu.

Now sit down and concentrate your lightning charka through your body.
I am asking you to concentrate your Raiton chakra because you can't start learning jutsus without being able to mold Raiton chakra properly...

*sit down as your instruct me then close my eyes take a deep breath... exhale it slowly then try to concentrate.... 10 minutes pass... nothing happens... then i focusing again and start to manipulate my chakra into a lightning element... something crwling through my body it's feel like itchi all over my body...with sound like electricity flow within my body... *

*then something happens... i feel from my wrist to the finger tips emits some sort of electrical power but the strange is not infected to my arms... and not stun me down... but it';s like fuse w/ my energy and chakra..*

Now using the skills in molding Raiton chakra... focus your Raiton chakra in your hands and then release it. Try to create small static bolts and attack my clone.

Now this one is more tricky...Here you need to mold your Raiton chakra into your hand and then release it in the ground to make it go across the ground.

Good...Now I don't know why but this jutsu is B rank and they have putted with the D ranks....O.O
One Of my faveorite jutsus....my first victory was with that jutsu so don't screw it up....xd
now perform this hand seal *shows you the hand seal* and try to summon 4 giant pilars around my clone *creates shadow clone* and then send your Raiton chakra to the pillars and shot 4 bolts of lighting at my clone...
The jutsu is realy good it doesn't only blind...it also hurts the user by attacking him from 4 different places...altough the blasts isn't powerful enough to kill the opponent...maybe to shock him and of course blind him xd
Now try it out *steps back*

* see's the handseal, copying it, and put in my mind and see's you create a shadow clone then steps back... then i perform the handseal you've just gave me then i slam the ground to summon 4 pillars... and 4 pillars appear around your clone* then i focusing my raiton chakra inside my body, channel it into my hand and generate the chakra to make it even stronger then send my raiton chakra to the pillars and shot 4 bolts lightning towards your clone*

Very good jutsu senpai... it strikes from 4 different angle makes the opponents confused which bolts they wantesd to repel first

hmmm i think water combo should work on this great jutsu... make the effect damage more dangerous and make the oppponet stunt and maybe burn with lightning bolts through the water... ^_^
Good....You can also use Earth (swamp of the underworld) to trap him or mud fall to increase the dmg...
Now let's move on with the next jutsu...

* i focusing my raiton chakra inside my body and concentrate the flow of the chakra to create more power... then i generat more chakra inside my body and channel it to all over my body through my vessel... and the raiton chakra flowing within my vessel and transfer it to entire part of my body...then i releasing the raiton chakra through my body and some sort of lightning flow emerge from my body, then i manipulate it to make the force field to create an electricity field shield and then slowly but sure the lightning chakra covering my body with electricity and creating a field shield...*
Good keep control over the shield. I will now send my clones at you. *creates 4 shadow clones*
They will attack you from 4 different places... Ready or not here they come...
*clones start running at you* Remember don't lose control over the shield or you will get pwned...xd
