But madara was able to kamui (first time user) although he was a juubi jin

My theory is that Kamui is part of Obito in some way. Inside him, part of his mind, Yin chakra, etc and no one else and that he used Kamui to seal the juubi the first time because several whirls are shown around it and he grasps his sharingan afterward. Furthermore, the juubi scales make up the left side of his body when it's sealed and when Madara summons the gidou mazou from it, it pours out of the same side.
