I guess that's because Madara was able to unlock Rinnegan. From his technique Limbo his clone comes from another dimension, so I guess that's why he was able to Kamui to another dimension. However, it's still a plot hole. We need some kind of explanation from Kishimoto.

Now add this to the fact that the Juubi is a large mass of energy, which Obito was unable to fully control, and you arrive at to the main point which is why he was unable to just simple send select parts of himself to the Kamui dimension... Not to say he can't teleport himself there.

All you have to do read the viz scan... It's not that hard, then read up on how Kamui works because you lack knowledge of this, then read some more because you prolly still don't comprehend... Viola.

Finally someone understands about his Mangekyo and the difference between the two eyes Obito's is defensive allowing parts of his body to transpose through dimensions it only works on his body and no one else another entity inside of his body would make it impossible while Kakashi's or rather Obito's left eye is offensive being able to target even ripping off someone's arm but both eyes can use the base Kamui which is what Madara did

there is phasing thru things and there is fully warping and bring things into that space. he cannot warp and phase at the same time because he has to go solid to warp things and phasing isnt him being soild. point is i dont know if he could have warped away with kamui with the juubi but i know he couldnt have phase(meaning block naruto' senjutsu rasengan attack) because he had the jubbi. that is all im saying
