I'm still waiting to hear about how Kakashi got these massive chakra reserves in this arc.

1. Madara may have made his own versions of Zetsu. Both are wood-natured. Hashi's wood style, holy tree. I think there's a connection between the 2.


2. Well, that's before they got their upgrade. Naruto's chakra now=juubi's. He can surely sense his own chakra, so it makes sense that he can now guage higher-level chakra.

About the chakra measure... you can't count 5 KG of rice spread in all directions, you also can't even if its a big 5kg ball of rice, but you can see that's more dense which applied to chakra means a lot more powerful, dense chakra = stronger jutsu.

It's not too much of a plothole, he uses Mokuton to create more clones, Kaguya ate the fruit so she most likely had access to Mokuton.

Naruto is much better at sensing now, and Sasuke has his new eye.
And, the Juubi became measurable after Obito became its Jinchuuriki, same applies for Madara.

Naruto could easily measure if Madara became stronger or not.

well, patience doesn't kill you. I clearly remember people were complaining about distant past and said why Kishi doesn't tell us about it. And then in just a few pages Madara told many things about the past according to Uchiha tablet.
