Plot holes kishi need to explain

Firstly,let start with the plot holes

In the manga,it was started by kishimoto that zetsu was created by the combination of Hashirama dna/power and Madara dna /power.Madara use hashirama dna to cultivate the clone like statue we seen and probably a mokutan jutsu to create the tree/root for zetsu development.In addition, the statue was used as a catalyse for the production of the zetsu

Current chapter Kaguya told us that after the infinite tsukyomi ,she used the people body in the past to turn them into zetsu overtime.I really find this very confusing,i do not know if this could be a translation error .

If i am wrong with something,Madara was using Gedo mazo to create these zetsu not the jubi itself (which is used for the infinite tsukyomi process)


Second plot hole

Naruto or Sasuke should not be able to read Kaguya power/chakra or even compare it to the Jubi.When Naruto was reading the Jubi chakra,kurama said it chakra was unreadable and infinite.How Kaguya chakra beyond infinite or it a translation error?

EDIT: And Macho is spot on with the sensing thing too. Kurama did mention that Juubi's chakra was immeasurable and it would be futile to try yet Naruto and Sasuke could measure that Kaguya's was beyond the Juubi's?

2nd plot hole- Naruto and Sasuke are like 10000000000000 times better at everything so why wouldn't they be capable of measuring it?

Normally I would agree. But this has not been the case this past arc. So I am doubtful and, again, I am just going to role with it. Nothing else we can do. I will be surprised if he explains it.

Basically Madara was going off of what he sees & thought as the truth.
1. Simple difference of opinions. Madara wasn't born in Kaguya's era so he doesn't know. He just assumes what he thinks he knows.
examples:
-Hiruzen thought RDS was Minato's jutsu. It wasn't. Its used & taught by Minato , but is an Uzumaki jutsu.
-Hiruzen thought he stopped Edo Tensei. He didn't. Orochimaru just couldn't use that one. (maybe debatable)
-Minato&Kushina thought she would die after pulling Kyuubi back inside her. False. She would have lived.
-Kabuto thought Edo Madara was stronger than a living Madara. Edo Madara could summon Meteors. (eh debatable)
-Black Zetsu: Madara's will or Kaguya's will?

2. The Intensity and range of the chakra is the difference that is being felt.
Like Sasuke's dark chakra change. Karin could feel the "evil" nature of it. The chakras are immense , but the intensity & feel of them are different.

well, patience doesn't kill you. I clearly remember people were complaining about distant past and said why Kishi doesn't tell us about it. And then in just a few pages Madara told many things about the past according to Uchiha tablet.

We must just wait and see

Actually these confusions are the very things that make an artwork exciting. If everything is given to us together, then what could we predict, discuss, making idea, making theory, etc about?
