Plot hole! Hiruzen having Enma

How is it possible that Hiruzen has Enma?

Manga states you need blood and you need to use the hand you signed the contract to summon any creature..

Hiruzen however is an EDO so how is it possible for him to summon Enma

Obviously all of the EDO who summon an animal contradicts the Manga

Edo healing probably sealed up the wound, but couldn't regenerate the entire arm. It kinda doesn't make a lot of sense though.

OT: We've seen plenty of people use summonings without blood before. And Hanzo also used a summoning as an Edo so this argument is invalid.
