First of all transplanting eyes in the Narutoverse involves transplanting the entire eye plus the optic nerve. The special chakra the brain puts out would be analogous to hormones. So assuming the chakra mutates the optic nerve and it stays that way, when they transplant the eye the new optic nerve has already mutated. Furthermore their brain is still emitting special chakra that mutates the eye even further.

Guys it never says the chakara is needed to sustain the eye's usage. Therefore once the chakara is released the eye changes. Therefore when the eye is transplanted, the person can use the eye's ability. Never does it state you need an uchiha brain to use the sharingan Therefore the eye holds the power not the brain. God just think about your posts. Some if them are so obvious. Also in theory one can't transplant eyes and then see through them.

OK, let's assume once the Sharingan gets awakened, the Iris somehow retains the chakra signature of whatever the hell it needs to be assumed (which is bs as per Tobirama's statement, and let's assume for argument's sake). In that case, once the sharingan is transplated, the receiver cannot develop it further as his brain doesn't alter chakra transmission to optic nerve as he's a non-Uchiha. But we know Kakashi has improved his Sharingan into MS
I am thinking Kakashi's sharingan is connected to Obito's. So when Obito's sharingan develops, so does Kakashi's.

Check this scene after Kakashi did up Rin:

Let's say the manga has a translation error. Instead of saying the the sharingan is a mirror eye, let's say Kishi meant the sharingan is like an imprint of the mind. The eye is blank, then it's slowly gets the imprint of the 1 tomoe, then 2, then 3. Then when the user experiences a major loss, the MS is then imprinted onto the eye from the brain.

Now, when the eye is removed, it still retains the imprint of the previous host. Once a new host obtains it, their mind then imprints their own MS onto the eye but the eye currently already has an imprint from the last host, that means, the imprint is overlapping, or as we see, the EMS.

dont be an idiot. the OP is completely RIGHT!!! He's not the one who tried to come up with some scientific explanation for how the sharingan develops.. Kishi did that! Dont get all up in hiz nuts when KISHI is the one that came up with a scientific sharingan theory that completely contradicts his own manga. If the sharingan develops from an uchia who lost someone they love and their brain sends a chakra signal to their eye to mutate it.... then kakashi should not have an MS. Unless theres some new unspoken rule that the brain can send this message down the optic nerve and then it hitches a ride thru the air on sound waves until it finds the other sharingan that belongs in that eye socket.
Thanks for understanding :)
