^^^ spends days of his life making a theory.......no one cares hahaha
In the last chapter, Tobirama says this

He basically says that the Sharingan is awakened and is developed due to Chakra affecting "Optic Nerve"
As a matter of fact, Optic Nerve is the connector between the retina of the eye (analogous to the film of a reel camera) and the Brain.
And due to the mutation in Uchihas, the Sharingan which is a reflection of that mutation is observed on the Iris of the eye
In short, Sharingan is a result of mutation of chakra from Brain, and not directly from the Iris
Given this fact, it would be impossible to transplant Sharingan, because transplant is replacing the Iris, and it doesn't alter the way in which the recipient's brain transmits chakra into the Optic Nerve. You don't replace the Brain or Optic Nerve in this transplant
OK, let's assume once the Sharingan gets awakened, the Iris somehow retains the chakra signature of whatever the hell it needs to be assumed (which is bs as per Tobirama's statement, and let's assume for argument's sake). In that case, once the sharingan is transplated, the receiver cannot develop it further as his brain doesn't alter chakra transmission to optic nerve as he's a non-Uchiha. But we know Kakashi has improved his Sharingan into MS
So, we have a plot hole no jutsu here. Damn you, Kishi!!![]()
And, just to clarify.. I didn't do any research.. I read the chapter the day before the next chapter is released.. So when I am reading it now, I felt it was plain weird..
And the thing I mentioned is basic eye anatomy.. Although you don't remember it from high school, if you're a photographer, you would very likely remember the anatomy of eye..
And, it's Kishi who is the Geek Doctor in the first place![]()
It's manga bro, dont get too much scientific abt it

Sheish...... calm down......
Dispite your knowledge of the eye, you completely missed the fact that the iris isn't the only thing that changes, but also their vision.
And yet you achieve nothing in doing this.

The brain affects the optical nerve wich, in turn, affects the eye. The change in iris/pupil is a representation while the organ is the thing that channels it. Besides, to transplant the ye is to remove/attach the optic nerve connected to the eye. The brain/optic nerve activating the eyes is what I beleive to be what makes each MS and EMS unique.
I didn't understand. I mean, yes their Vision changes. Vision is brought by Optic Nerve (I am excluding brain)
If I understand correctly, you said what Tobirama says in the chapter. That Sharingan is fundamentally a mutation of vision (Optic Nerve), not the Iris. So, the transplant cannot be successful with Iris alone. That's my point..
first: what manga have u been reading?^^
secind: u do know that in real life eye transplants arent even possible yet... dude its a manga.. how would that be a plothole? (its not)
^^
