Plese Clarify This; Did Sasuke Unlock Rinnegan By Hashirama or Hagoromo?

Some say Sasuke unlocked Rinnegan thanks to Hagoromo. But my opinion, Hagoromo only gave him the Yin Seal. And Rinnegan was defintely not Indra's power.

I actually think Sasuke got it thanks to Hashirama giving him his chakra. He was Ashura's previous reincarnate.

So when Madara ended natural Indra's lifespan within Sasuke, he involuntary awakened Hagoromo's chakra thanks to Ashura and Indra's chakra mixing.

I don't think Kishi wasted this panel, because the jutsu he gave sasuke never was shown so there must be another reason:
Asuras chakra (hashirama)+ Indras chakra(sasuke) = rinnegan
