Naruto;can use all his jutsu shown so far,can switch kyuubi and sage mode back and forth (but it takes 5 secs for naruto to change to sage mode and less than a sec for kyuubi) naruto starts off in kyuubi mode.Naruto can use summoning jutsu to summon all his toads.
Bonus:naruto can do a cobination transformation jutsu with gamabunta and transform into the form of the nine tails
