OT: It'd make the TS training for Ussop pointless if he gets it. Also, he shouldn't get it because he'll never use his sniping skill if he does get it. Plus, if he incorporates fire into his sniping (EL style sniping) than he'll make the Logia part of the fruit pointless.

That's why like someone else said, either Sabo or Cobby get it.

First off all, just drop Oda's statement about Usopp always being the weakest. Oda's made a lot of changes to One Piece that he didn't plan to do.

Second of all, please no!! Usopp is a sniper, which makes him different, and awesome. He doesn't need a Logia to accomplish his goals. He just needs to add Haki, and he's all set. Think of the arrows the women on Amazon Lily used, Usopp will be able to do the same thing, just a lot more precise, and with different things. Add a little CoO and he's a boss.
