Give Usopp the Mera Mera no Mi, ik it wouldn't make sense for him really getting it and it will some what defeat the purpose of him becoming the brave warrior of the sea but... Usopp rocking the mera mera no mi would be f*cking badass, mixed with his sniping skills. A lot of people of want this and I don't really see it being much of a problem because Usopp can be on par with sanji/zoro hopefully.

It was stated in an SBS that Usopp would remain the weakest. Although this statement was done back when Sanji was introduced. 14 years is a long time to change your mind about something. I don't think any of the Sh's should eat it. They have 4 DF users already. 5 would make it imbalanced and possibly put them in danger of being rescued if they all fall in the water (although Usopp with the mera mera would be awesome).
Luffy will not eat the fruit. This idea is lame. He does not need it also. Garp and Rayleigh don't have a DF and they were the strongest in the verse in their prime. 2nd mate to Roger and the man who could fight him tow to toe. I'm not including Roger because we have no idea if he had one or not. Let luffy be a rubber man and a haki monster. That is good enough.

Yeah ik where ur coming from and I do agree that Luffy eating the fruit will be pretty stupid but we never really seen any signs of Haki from Usopp yet thats pretty much why I want him to have the df.

None of the strawhats will gain the fruit, let's be realistic.
They all currently got back from a two years training and all got their individual styles.
The only person in one piece who i see getting that fruit is coby since it would suit him, wanting to be an admiral and all.

I actually think this will happen with him almost being punched by Akainu like Ace and like you said being trained by Garp. This is the only one which makes sense imo.
