Are "Kuuden Shokku" and "Kai Saizu" real Naruto Chacters?

Hey all, Well i was searching the word "Raikage" today, and found this page called Naruto fan on wiki (i assumed it was apart of wikipedia). Anyways, it says on there that there has been 6 Raikages, Kai Saizu being the most powerful Raikage yet and Kuuden Shokku being the current Raikage. Is this info true because either than that page, google couldn't find any other info on them.Please help, I'm soo confused atm

No, It's fan written, the Raikage's name hasn't been revealed in the Manga yet, 99% of info there is false.
