Basically you have a personality disorder commonly known as sociopathy. You manipulate to achieve your goals and complete your egotistical traits. You show no empathy or remorse, you feel something is wrong with you which shows a high level of inteligence and self-awareness (this last one is not normal in these cases).

Once you get what you want from people, they disgust you because they aren't useful anymore.

OP, i don't know your age or what you do for a living but you should seek a professional that can guide you through life, so you don't have to behave like this, there are efforts in terms of thinking and acting that can be made so that you don't suffer later in life and believe me, you will suffer, more than the people you hurt.

I don't look at people like they're trash. If I saw any or my friends or family members get hurt by someone or something I would feel very bad for them and be very angry. I actually always thought I could epethise really well with people it's just I know the feelings I get when I win people over are not pure and I want to stop or solve it. Now that I think about it, the earliest time I think I remember having this feeling was probably 9. The big problem this feeling brings is that It distanta me from the other person, I am known as the guy that will never call you and ask you now you are and I know sometimes I should but it feels so weird to do it. My grandmother gave me my grandpa's phone number, it's in my phone right now but I'll probably not call it anytime soon because of that comfort and that feeling of oh its to easy.I think I am going to think about this and try and understand it more before I say anything to anyone because I don't want to make a bit deal out of a small thing.

I know man and it pisses me off. I like to to tell myself when it comes to personal emotions and feelinga I will solve it the best but for whatever reason this has been at the back of my head for ever and my brain suddenly just decided to push it forward today. Maybe I'm describing the feeling wrong, do you get anything similar to it at all? Just anything that could maybe match and make me understand if I'm the only one.

How does lack of respect translate to a feeling in your stomach? Unless it's disgust of course. I don't 'admire' my family or friends.

The feeling isn't negative but it's more on the mix of slight touch of cringe+Stomach drop and a little excitement. The problem it brings is that it's similar to how I complete a game and then I am bored of it. I win them over, I'm not bored of the people, its not that but I get that feeling and.... what if I embrace it? What if I say okay I feel this way in the moment but I still love the people.... what if that's what you're suppose to get when you're in that position.
