Please help android trouble

So, as the title says, im having troubles with my android tablet (Telecom ZTE V9)
I wanted to upgrade it from android 2.1 to 2.3. I had been able to upgrade my motorola defy earlier this year from 2.2 to 4.1 and it worked fine so I thought, Why not give it a shot with my tablet? Problem is everything worked fine, I managed to get it into recovery mode, delete everything and install the files from the zips. The problem started after I rebooted it. It went to the reboot screen and then it just got stuck there and started doing some real strange things. The screen started pixelating and all. Im not sure what to do now, I cant connect it to the computer right now as my laptop cant identify the device right now. So, any help?

As soon as numbers came into play I was lost. Sorry, I would just look at their website and hope that other people have this problem too. They may have already fixed it.

Haha, the numbers are the android versions and Ive had a look around and had no luck :/

I know, my mom had one and I always helped her with hers whenever updates came around. She eventually got rid of it after she had technical difficulties and we just couldn't fix them.

You may want to try installing the new version again. If all else fails, just revert it.

What I meant is that they're a craze which is slightly over-rated. Im not saying they're bad but yeah.
